When a company is understaffed, or more importantly, when its key positions remain unfilled, progress takes a back seat to procurement – in spite of the course you’ve charted. And nothing is more frustrating, whether you’re the CEO or CHRO, than having to dedicate limited resources to the time-consuming process of locating, evaluating, screening, and interviewing key personnel. Research America can help.

Every Research America representative is a trained personnel consultant with specific industry research experience who knows how to identify, assess, and solve problems related to your company’s needs.

Because our reputation is on the line every time we send a candidate through your door, Research America’s immediate objective is nothing less than total client satisfaction. Our ultimate goal is to establish complementary and enduring relationships.

Our commitment to clients is substantive. Research America takes the necessary steps to provide client support that is comprehensive as well as meaningful via flex-scheduling to accommodate off-hour interviewing, site visits, surveys of existing key personnel for organizational style, research, and in-house services to enhance your current human resources department. We also offer an array of ancillary services including market analysis, salary surveys, consulting, onboarding programs, career fairs, out-placement counseling, exit and STAY interviews, as well as relocation assistance.
