Interviews, references, scheduling, and negotiations will be handled by an experienced account executive assigned to your specific search. Once you have selected the most suitable candidates for your openings, Research America will handle the critical stage of offer negotiations, resignation preparation, and counter-offer concerns. We will counsel the applicant through the transition period up to and through the acceptance and start date. Our involvement does not end with an invoice. Research America’s onboarding process is an entire year long!
